Turkey Day Eve

I have made the pumpkin pies, the lemon pecan pie, the pumpkin roll, the cranberry relish, cooked the sweet tatties, and the sausage balls. All that is left for today is to snap the green beans and make the tea. D,E, and F were all bouncing on the trampoline and G went down for her nap, so Stephen took the three bouncers to town. It is suddenly very quiet!!!! YEAH

I was thinking last night, as I watched Stephen build a fire in the stove, how incredible it is when they all go to bed. We had a "Ma and Pa Kettle" fest and Conrad begged for them to stay up late and watch just one more movie. I am really getting soft in my old age because I let them. It was only thirty minutes late, but it was a school night. Oh yah, were are off school this week. I forgot!

Well all is done except for the turkey and bread. The rest is all quick. I hope that all can feel as blessed as we are no matter what their cirumstance.
